The Guarantee Company of North America is one of the largest insurers of enterprise corporations in North America. When it came time to launch a new product offering, the Guarantee Company approached bv02 to develop a strategy that would allow them to engage with their existing customers both on a B2B level and individually, in order to educate them on the innovative products available through their brokers, while also appealing to a new clientele.
Backed by the strength of their large corporation dating back to 1872, the Guarantee Company offers many types of insurance and has unique access to individuals who are looking for high net-worth coverage. This provided the company with an opportunity to reach the individuals behind their existing B2B relationships, as a new audience for their products. In response, bv02 created an aesthetically pleasing, easy-to-navigate, responsive website that facilitated interaction between Guarantee Gold and their clients on a personal level, customizing their relationships and the services they provide. With selective imagery, a broker location tool, and a responsive framework, bv02 and the Guarantee were able to build a story around this audience with very specific needs and expectations. The site, built on the same Expression Engine platform as the Guarantee’s parent website, considered the type of user and the message they would receive, and was maintained within the context of the overall brand as a concierge service with 24/7 accessibility to the services needed most.
bv02 also worked closely with the Guarantee Company to implement base measurement and reporting, and design a solution that allowed them to accurately measure client conversion and campaign success. By following a “renew—refine—review” process throughout the design, development and implementation phases of the website, bv02 was able to develop a detailed and timely reporting structure. The outcome of this project was not only an increase in engagement between Guarantee Gold, their customers and their brokers, but an increase in overall customer satisfaction.
