Elmwood School

Established in 1915 Elmwood School for girls is an internationally renowned private school based in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. With a desire to better engage its student body, parents and a global alumni base through the use of the web and new media, Elmwood chose to work with bv02. Collaborating with the Elmwood marketing team and headmistress, bv02 designed and developed a forward thinking, social media driven site that allows the different target communities to both educate themselves and to share text, video and photo based content. Offering an interactive media gallery, podcasts, blogging capabilities for both students and staff, a dynamic events calendar and the ability to make online donations through a third party tool elmwood.ca now engages every member of its school community. Having built the site on a scalable and user friendly Content Management platform, bv02 has also ensured that this always remains the case.
